Terms of Use
The app
Marble Music Track is a paid sandbox for iOS and Android. You buy it from Apple or Google, not from us directly, and their terms for paid apps, refunds and billing apply to the purchase. These terms cover what you may do with the software and with the clips you make.
Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the app on devices you own or control, for as long as the store treats the purchase as valid. You do not buy the source code, the sound samples, the name or the right to redistribute the app.
Your machines and clips
The machines you build and the clips you export are yours, as between you and us. You may share them freely. You are responsible for what you share: do not present another person's recording as a clip from the app, and do not use the app to produce material that is illegal where you live.
Exported clips carry a small mark with this site's address. Please do not remove it in a way that suggests the clip came from another product.
The built-in song
The app ships with one melody, the nursery rhyme known as Twinkle Twinkle Little Star, whose tune is in the public domain. Machines you build from it are yours in the same way as any other.
What the app is not
It is not a music education course, not a digital audio workstation, and not a licence to release the sound samples as a sample pack. The samples exist so that a marble strike sounds like wood, glass, metal or glow inside the app and in clips of the app.
Availability
We may update, pause or withdraw the app. Because it has no server, an installed copy keeps working for the machines already on the phone even if the store listing goes away. We do not promise that a particular feature will survive a future version.
Warranty and liability
The app is provided as is. To the extent the law of your country allows, Studio Future is not liable for lost machines, failed exports or time spent aiming a key. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Changes
If we change these terms we will post the new version here with a new date. Continued use after that date is acceptance. If you do not accept a change, stop using the app; the store's refund rules still apply.
