Privacy Policy
Marble Music Track is a paid sandbox that runs on your phone. It has no account system, shows no advertising, and does not upload the machines you build or the clips you export. The one thing it sends is a small amount of install and usage information to a measurement service, described below, so we can tell which advertising brings people to the app.
What the app stores on your device
The machines you build, the app's settings, and the flags that remember whether you have been asked for a review. These stay on the device. Clips you export are written to a temporary file and handed to the operating system's share sheet; where they go after that is your choice and the receiving app's policy.
Install attribution
The app includes the AppsFlyer software development kit, a measurement service that tells us which advert, if any, led to an install. On first launch and while you use the app it sends AppsFlyer:
- a device identifier: on iOS the identifier for vendor, on Android the advertising identifier;
- the device model, operating system version, language and time zone, and the IP address of the connection;
- the fact of the install and app opens, and two in-app events: a clip was exported, and a machine you built reached five keys and was played.
On iOS the app does not ask for permission to track you and never reads the advertising identifier. Apple's own SKAdNetwork carries the ad attribution instead, which tells the advertising network only that an install happened, in aggregate. AppsFlyer processes this data on our behalf under its own privacy policy at appsflyer.com/legal and keeps it for as long as its plan terms require, after which it is deleted. We do not sell this data, we do not link it to a name or an email address, and we do not use it to build a profile of you.
To have it deleted, open About in the app, tap the version line five times to copy your device id, and send it to apps@studiofuture.ae. We will pass the request to AppsFlyer and confirm when it is done.
What Apple and Google see
The App Store and Google Play collect whatever they collect when you buy, install, rate or review an app. That is their privacy policy, not ours. We receive aggregate sales and crash statistics from them and nothing that identifies you. The app may ask you for a rating through the store's own prompt; what you type there goes to the store.
Children
The app is rated for everyone, has no social features, chat or feed, and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has used the app and want the attribution data removed, write to us with the device id as above.
Permissions
The app presents the system share sheet to hand over a clip. Choosing Save Video there asks for permission to add to your Photos, and the app can only add, never read. It does not use the microphone, camera, location, contacts or the tracking permission.
This website
The site is static and is served by Vercel, whose access logs may retain the IP address, user agent and page requested for a short time. The site sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser.
Page views are counted by Vercel Web Analytics, which runs from this domain rather than an advertising network. Each view records the page, the site you came from, the country, region and city Vercel reads from the connection, the browser and its version, the operating system and the device type. Visitors are told apart by a hash Vercel makes from the request itself, discarded after 24 hours, so the numbers we see are totals and not people. Nothing is passed to an advertiser and none of it is linked to the app, to a purchase or to your email. Vercel processes it on our behalf under its policy at vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.
Changes
If the app grows an account, a gallery or any further telemetry, this page will change before that version ships, and the store listings will be updated to match.
